1. Stainless steel clean sanitary tube Out Diameter and Inside Diameter Tolerance / WT Tolerance : ±0.08mm/ or as per production standard, or up to your required. Length Tolerance：-0/+6mm；Straightness:：Max.0.15mm/m；Concentricity: ±0.015mm；
2.Inspections: Eddy Current testing,Ultrasonic Testing, Hydraulic testing,100% of Out side diameter/ Inside diameter and wall thickness inspections.Surface Roughness：Ra≤0.8μm，Tubes Hardness：HRB（<90HRB).
3.Stainless steel clean sanitary tube Surface Polishing: We own six lines of polishing lines, We can provide 240-1200# polished for out surface polishing or as your required. Surface Roughness: Max2.5μm of AP pipes out and inside surface roughness, and Max.0.8μm of BA tubes out and inside surface roughness, Max0.4μm of BA tubes out and inside surface roughness, Max0.25μm of BA tubes out and inside surface roughness.
